If taking care of your own pool or spa is what you wish to do we have all the right equipment, high quality chemicals and knowledgeable staff ready to assist you. We believe in you - "You Can Do It "- if you want to.
If you prefer to have your pool or spa professionally maintained, we are at your service. We will furnish all the necessary supplies and perform regularly scheduled cleaning and service.Regular maintenance checks will be performed on your equipment to spot potential problems.

Kohler Pool and Spa provides the following services in the weekly maintenance of your pool/spa:
1. Adjust and add chemicals ( Chlorine, pH and Alkalinity balancing) to maintain proper chemistry. Algaecide, Conditioner, Clarifiers and Phosphate removers will be added, if needed, at an additional charge.
2. Clean skimmer baskets.
3. Clean pump baskets.
4. Clean automatic cleaner bags, if applicable.
5. Backwash filter, as needed.
6. Skim water surface.
7. Vacuum pool bottom, as needed.
8. Brush floors and walls, as needed.
9. Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation.

Above-Gorund Spa Repairs are one our specialties. We work on all makes and models and carry a large inventory of spa parts for quick turn around. Our technicians are fully trained on both electronic and mechanical equipment packs. We are also happy to assist with replacement jets, filters and spa covers.

Acid Wash
The decision to use acid to remove stains and mineral buildup from a pool's surface should be considered very carefully. While acid treatments are recognized as a common procedure for removal, there are problems that may occur such as etching, roughness or exposed aggregate in the plaster mix. To what degree this occurs depends on the concentration of acid, the temperament of the stain being removed and the quality and condition of the plaster itself.
