Christmas, Karaoke, and Good People

I think we can all agree that the holidays are the greatest time of year (well if you don't include pool season). Calories don’t count, every night feels like a Friday night, and parties fill the calendar. At Kohler this year’s party was one for the books. From front row Charger tickets and tailgates, to Mexico cruises we have always had an incredible time together during those magical months.

This year was no different. But instead of a trip we gathered with Kohler friends and family and had a proper Christmas Party. One with gifts, games, delicious food, good drinks, and Marc with a microphone. For those of you who may not have met Marc, you may not understand the entertainment value that he can provide. And let me tell you, between the karaoke with Luke and stories about the old days, it did not disappoint. More important than the jokes however were the memories. Marc took time and reflected on the rich history of our little company. With employees past and present in attendance it was easy to see why this business has been so successful for nearly 20 years!

Gifts were given, food was eaten, and a few too many drinks were drank. Eddie even got a new TV! What was most important about the night though was realizing how Nan and Marc have built their business on relationships and treating people the right way. Working for this company for over 6 years I have been made to feel like family. And I am not alone, that family has gotten pretty large. Whether you are a vendor, a customer, a cousin, or a person who got here on google looking for chlorine, by now you are aware of the fact that you are welcome at Kohler, you too are part of the family.

This years family reuni… I mean Christmas party was another great memory in Kohler history.
